Digital patient services
We offer all or part of your treatment and follow-up where you are, using digital questionnaires and tools. This means you do not have to travel to the hospital when it is not necessary for your treatment.
Needs-based follow-up is a health service where you complete digital questionnaires about your health online. You will only be called in for in-person appointments at the hospital when necessary for your follow-up and treatment.
We offer needs-based follow-up for these care pathways:
Digital wound care is a service for outpatients with wounds who are not in hospital. Wound care is provided by a nurse in the local municipality. The nurse is equipped with a camera that provides a live video link to a supervisor/nurse at the hospital.
