We facilitate digital home follow-up for a number of patients with various conditions.

This means that we offer all or parts of treatment and follow-up where you are, using technology and digital solutions.

This means you don't have to travel to the hospital when it's not possible, or necessary for the treatment you receive at the hospital.

Dialogue and sharing of data between patient and healthcare provider takes place digitally.

Digital patient pathways are developed by doctors, nurses and healthcare secretaries who are specialists in your diagnosis and patient pathway.
