About our websites
www.sshf.no is developed in close collaboration with the other hospitals in Norway. Together, we develop new functionality, design, and the structure of the content so that it is accessible to users. We also collaborate with the Directorate of e-Health and Norwegian Health Networks, which manages and operates the technical solution.

Norwegian Health Networks is the national service provider and technical provider of operation and maintenance of the website.
The information collected is stored on servers operated by NHN. A separate agreement between the Directorate of e-Health and NHN regulates which information the supplier has access to and how it should be processed.
On the website, you have the opportunity to contact the hospital via email. Sensitive personal information should not be sent by email. It is therefore important that you do not include such information, for example information about your health, personal identification number, etc. in emails to us.When you have sent a message, your name, email address (if you want a reply to your inquiry) and what you write about in the message will be stored.

Provide feedback on the websites
You can provide feedback on the websites via the form "Did you find what you were looking for". The form is located on a selection of our websites. You will not receive a response to the feedback, but it will be stored. The feedback will be used as input for improvement and development of the websites. If you enter a telephone number, date of birth or email address, this information will be automatically deleted before submission.

Storage of visitor statistics
The website stores traffic/visitor statistics. The statistics show how much each individual area of the website is visited. We cannot track your use of the website back to you as an individual.
Examples of information that is stored are the number of visitors to the various pages, which websites they come from, how long they are on the website and which browsers are used. The information stored is used so that the website's offerings and content can be continuously improved and further developed.
