Providing good and safe patient care is our most important task. The hospital's systematic work on quality and patient safety shall contribute to ensuring good and safe healthcare services in Agder. Departments shall have access to the necessary expertise and infrastructure to continuously improve the services offered to patients.
Healthcare workers face ethical choices in patient treatment every day, whether it concerns diagnostics, treatment, or allocation of shared resources.
