Needs-based follow-up

• When it is time for questions about your health, you will receive an SMS with a login link. You then log in to the online portal with secure login and BankID. You can use a smartphone, tablet or PC.
• Fill out the questionnaire.
• We look at your answers and assess what your need for follow-up is.
• You will receive an appointment at the hospital when it is needed.

You will not pay a co-payment when using the form. You must pay a co-payment when there is a need for a physical appointment with us.The same applies to telephone consultations.

If you use treatment aids, we may in some cases read data from the machine.

If everything looks fine, there is no need for a physical follow-up appointment at the hospital.
