Public Records Journal
We facilitate greater public access to information. This means that most of the documents in our archives are available to the public.
The online records journal lists incoming and outgoing documents. The documents themselves are not available, but you can request access by emailing our central mail office.
If you would like to view the records lists, you can email our central mail office.
To request access, please provide the case and document numbers shown for each individual case. Requests for access are forwarded to the relevant case officer, who assesses the request in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.
Any refusal will be justified. Requests are normally processed within one to three working days.
