Welcome as a new employee at Sørlandet Hospital. On this page you will find information about training that is important for you to complete when you start working with us.
As a new employee at Sørlandet Hospital, you will be assigned a set of competence plans in the Competence Portal. The plans describe the training you should complete as a new employee. They also contain links to important documents and digital courses.
Which competence plans you are assigned is determined based on which group you belong to, the field you will be working in, your workplace, and your tasks. Your immediate supervisor is responsible for assigning this to you, so that they are available to you in the Competence Portal.
You will gain access when an employment relationship has been created in the Personnel Portal. Access is activated 30 days before the start date so you can use the Competence Portal for training from home.
