Welcome as a new employee at Sørlandet Hospital. On this page, you will find information about training that is important for you to complete when you start working with us.
As a new employee at Sørlandet Hospital, you will be assigned a set of competence plans in the Competence Portal. The plans describe the training you must complete as a new employee. They also contain links to important documents and digital courses.
Which competence plans you are assigned depends on the group you belong to, the field you will work in, your workplace and your duties. Your immediate manager is responsible for assigning these to you so they are available to you in the Competence Portal.
You will gain access once an employment relationship has been created in the Personnel Portal. Access is activated 30 days before your start date so that you can use the Competence Portal for training from home.
