Project organisation
Sørlandet Hospital is the project owner. Sykehusbygg is responsible for project management. We work closely with those responsible for the construction project at Kristiansand Municipality.
There is one project board for the emergency building and one project board for the health centre.
All parties—Kristiansand Municipality, SSHF, Sykehusbygg and Veidekke—have their own project manager. Jarl Sandnes is the project manager for Sørlandet Hospital.

There is extensive user involvement through various user groups and functional groups, clinical meetings, and briefings for various stakeholder groups. Employee representatives and safety representatives participate in formal bodies and various user groups.
