A new building brings new opportunities. We have established an organisational development project to prepare for technological and medical advances.
We need to change our work processes in the coming years and take advantage of opportunities to simplify and improve efficiency.

Many employees and employee representatives participate in the organisational development project in various functional groups and focus groups to discuss and clarify different issues along the way. The aim is to achieve optimal patient flow, efficient work processes and appropriate use of technology in the new building.
New ideas, innovations and changes in the emergency care building will accelerate development across the rest of Sørlandet Hospital.
