Ordering tests for primary health services
DIPS Interactor. An electronic ordering program for primary health services.
Here you will find information about electronic referrals and ordering tests from Sørlandet Hospital Health Trust (SSHF).
SSHF offers:
- Electronic referrals to radiology
- Ordering laboratory tests
DIPS Interactor is a regional electronic ordering solution for laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging in the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. DIPS Interactor has replaced IHR from Evry and is available to both medical practices and municipal health services (out-of-hours medical services, etc.).
DIPS Interactor is currently integrated with the following electronic patient record systems (EPR): Infodoc Plenario, CGM Journal, System X, PasientSky, Pridok and WebMed. Integrations with additional EPR systems are in progress.
SSHF provides assistance with:
- Installation of the program in collaboration with DIPS.
- Delivery and installation of label printers for marking samples.
- Training at start-up and provision of user guides.
- User support during weekdays. Remote assistance available via the Norwegian Health Network.
