Ordering of samples primary health care
DIPS Interactor. An electronic ordering program for primary health care.
Here you will find information about electronic referrals and ordering of samples to Sørlandet Hospital HF (SSHF).
SSHF offers:
- Electronic referrals to radiology
- Ordering of laboratory tests
DIPS Interactor is a regional electronic ordering solution for laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging in the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. DIPS Interactor has replaced IHR from Evry and is offered to both clinics and municipal health services (emergency medical services, etc.).
DIPS Interactor is currently integrated with the following electronic patient record systems (EPJ): Infodoc Plenario, CGM Journal, System X, PasientSky, Pridok and WebMed. Integrations for more EPJ are being worked on.
SSHF assists with:
- Installation of theprogram in collaboration with DIPS.
- Deployment and installation of label printers for marking samples.
- Training at start-up as well as distribution of user manuals.
- User support during working hours on weekdays. Possibility of remote assistance via Norwegian Health Network.
