DIPS Interactor. An electronic ordering program for primary healthcare.

DIPS Interactor is a regional electronic ordering solution for laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging in the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. DIPS Interactor has replaced IHR from Evry and is available to both doctors' offices and municipal health services (out-of-hours medical services, etc.).
DIPS Interactor is currently integrated with the following electronic patient record systems (EPR): Infodoc Plenario, CGM Journal, PasientSky, Pridok and WebMed. Integrations with additional EPR systems are in progress.
SSHF provides assistance with:
- Installing the program in cooperation with DIPS.
- Providing and installing label printers for labeling samples.
- Training at start-up and providing user guides.
- User support during weekdays. Remote assistance is available via the Norwegian Health Network.
