The Medical Research Group aims to promote and develop research within the field of internal medicine at SSHF. The group will act as a driving force for establishing an active and supportive research environment within the Department of Medicine, including developing a network that promotes research activity, encouraging the recruitment of new PhD candidates, and facilitating research collaboration across disciplines.

Meetings every six months on topics relevant to the development of both PhD candidates and senior researchers. Topics will include methodological development, research communication, research ethics, and practical aspects of developing and leading research projects.
